About Us - Patient Experiences

Most of us have the same sorts of questions and apprehensions when it comes to having anything done to our eyes. We all realize that sight is one of the most important gifts that we have. We also realize the many benefits that reduced dependency on glasses or contact lenses would provide in so many aspects of our daily lives.

We have provided a collection of patient experiences to let you know the kind of questions others are asking and the experiences they had with their laser treatments.

We can also provide you with contact information for individuals with prescriptions "just like yours" if you would like to talk with someone personally who has been treated at Vivid Laser Centre. Our patients are our greatest referral source and the reason we are successful.

"My wife Sandy and I are long term residents of Kelowna. For some combined 40 years we have been wearing contact lenses and glasses. For the past 5 years we had been discussing and planning a day when we could have laser eye surgery. We did our homework, researched and eventually interviewed several laser centers.

We are so pleased that we elected to stay in Kelowna and that we chose Vivid Laser Centre. From the pre-interviews to the actual surgery and through the post surgery follow-ups everything has met or exceeded our expectations.
